SWIPEPOINT® has introduced a new feature for requesting overtime. This feature is designed to allow employees to conveniently request overtime when needed and enable supervisors to receive and review requests promptly. When employees require overtime, they can submit a request directly through SWIPEPOINT. They need to provide some basic information, including the expected date, time, and reason for overtime. Once an employee submits an overtime request, their immediate supervisor is notified. This ensures that supervisors are informed of employee requests as soon as they are made and can take appropriate action. Supervisors can review employee overtime requests within SWIPEPOINT® and decide whether to approve them based on company policies and actual needs. The approval or rejection by supervisors is instantly communicated to the requesting employees. Whether the overtime request is approved or denied, a record is kept in SWIPEPOINT. This serves as a basis for future reference or auditing, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the process. This new overtime request feature is aimed at improving work efficiency within your company and safeguarding employee rights. We believe it will become another important aspect of SWIPEPOINT, enhancing your enterprise management.
