SWIPEPOINT's event check-in and registration provide a comprehensive solution that allows administrators to create and manage events. This includes setting event names, event codes, start and end dates and times, check-in and check-out timeframes, attendance limits, start and end registration dates and times, and more. The system also enables administrators to establish quantified scoring rules for event participation and share them with interested individuals, referred to as participants, through URLs or QR codes. Participants can register via their mobile phones by clicking or scanning, and they can check in and out at the event using dynamic QR codes on their mobile phones or tablets. Administrators can monitor event registration and participation at any time and export quantified scores for all participants. Participants can view successfully registered events and check their current event quantified scores. This system not only streamlines event registration and management but also enhances transparency and motivation for event participation through the concept of quantified scores.
