When inspections become part of the daily workflow, 'SWIPEPOINT' provides a convenient solution for recording each inspection. We've done thorough preparation by placing dedicated NFC cards or QR code QRcode二維條碼 at each inspection site, each card assigned a specific name for easy management and retrieval. When inspectors arrive at a designated location, they simply open 'SWIPEPOINT,' select 'Start Inspection.' After diligently completing the inspection, they reopen 'SWIPEPOINT' and choose 'End Inspection.' This records the inspection time, location, and status for each inspection comprehensively. For managers, you can know the inspection status without visiting the site in person. Through the 'SWIPEPOINT' dashboard, you can not only view real-time work status for each inspector but also easily export reports that clearly show the start and end times of each inspection. This makes the management process more transparent and efficient.
