Displays the login account used by the administrator or user (employee). The account cannot be modified.

If the user changes their phone, they can log in to SwipePoint with the same account (Google or Apple).

Name

Administrators or users (employees) can tap More at the bottom of the Home page, then select My Account to access the My Account page.

Displays the name of the administrator or user (employee). This field can be edited and modified.

Nickname

Administrators or users (employees) can tap More at the bottom of the Home page, then select My Account to access the My Account page.

Displays the nickname of the administrator or user (employee). This field can be edited and modified.

Logout

Home > More > My Account > Logout

Administrators or users (employees) can tap More at the bottom of the Home page, then select My Account to access the My Account page. Tap this button to log out of SwipePoint. If administrators or users (employees) wish to continue using SwipePoint, please log in again.


Cloud Storage Usage

Home > More > Cloud Storage Usage

Administrators or users (employees) can tap More at the bottom of the Home page, then select Cloud Storage Usage to access the page. If administrators or users (employees) have subscribed to a storage plan, they can check their cloud storage usage here.


Manage Subscription

Home > More > Manage Subscription

Administrators or users (employees) can tap More at the bottom of the Home page, then select Manage Subscription to access the App Store. Tap this option to open the App Store in order to manage the subscriptions of administrators or users (employees).


Restore Purchase

Home > More > Restore Purchase

Administrators or users (employees) can tap More at the bottom of the Home page to access the More page. If administrators or users (employees) find that their subscribed plan has disappeared, they can tap this option to restore the already purchased (subscribed) plan.


Language

Here, administrators or users (employees) can switch the application language between Traditional Chinese and English.

System Information

Administrators or users (employees) can tap More on the Home page, then select System Information to access the page. This displays details about account, user, company, plan, device, version, subscription status, and environment. These details can be copied and sent to the SwipePoint team to help identify and resolve issues.


Delete Account

If you decide to stop using SwipePoint App and wish to delete your account record, please follow these steps:

  1. Delete created organizations
    Please first delete all organizations you have created.

  2. Leave joined organizations
    Enter each organization you have joined and notify the top administrator to set you as resigned.
    The top administrator must go to Management ModePersonnelProfile, then click Official Resignation at the bottom of the page to remove access and deactivate the account.

  3. Delete account
    After completing the above steps, return to the SwipePoint App Welcome Screen, tap Delete Account at the bottom to permanently delete your SwipePoint account.

Important Notes

  1. Irreversibility
    Account deletion is an irreversible action. Once deleted, your account and all related data will be permanently removed. The SwipePoint team cannot restore deleted accounts.

  2. Self-deletion
    For information security and personal privacy protection, account deletion must be performed and verified by the account owner. The SwipePoint team cannot delete accounts on behalf of users.

  • In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant privacy regulations, SwipePoint will only delete accounts and personal data based on explicit user actions.
  • Before deleting the account, the user must confirm that all records or data related to third parties (such as organizations, companies, colleagues) have been removed or authorized for processing to avoid disputes over data access, work records, or legal responsibilities.
  • By deleting the account, you agree to relinquish all remaining account data, settings, usage records, and service rights within the SwipePoint App.
  • The SwipePoint team reserves the right to retain certain data (such as payment records, tax data, and transaction receipts) as required by law, and will store them only for the legally mandated retention period before deletion.

FAQ

Q1: Where can I find my account information?

A: You can access your account page by tapping More in the bottom-right corner of the Home page, then selecting My Account.

Q2: Can I change my login account?

A: The login account (Google or Apple) cannot be changed. It will display the account you are currently using.

Q3: How can I use the same account on different devices?

A: If you change your phone, you can log in to the application with the same Google or Apple account to continue using SwipePoint.

Q4: Can I edit my name and nickname?

A: Yes, your name and nickname can be edited and modified on the My Account page.

Q5: What should I do if my subscribed plan disappears?

A: If your subscribed plan is missing from the More page, you can tap Restore Purchase to recover the already purchased (subscribed) plan.

Q6: How do I check my cloud storage usage?

A: You can tap More on the Home page, then select Cloud Storage Usage to view your cloud storage usage. Please note this only applies to users with a subscribed storage plan.

Q7: Where can I manage my app subscriptions?

A: You can tap More on the Home page, then select Manage Subscription to open the App Store and manage your subscriptions.

Q8: What information should I provide if I need help with the app?

A: If you encounter problems in the app, you can tap More on the Home page, then select System Information to view account, user, company, plan, device, version, subscription status, and environment details. These can be copied and provided to the SwipePoint team to assist in identifying and resolving issues.
