Administrators can click "Clock-In Records" on the "Home" page in "Management Mode" to enter the Clock-In Records page. Under this function, administrators can view, add, or delete personal clock-in records, view clock-in exception events and correction clock-in records, review modified records, set clock-in points, and export clock-in and overtime records. This function provides administrators with comprehensive tools to monitor and manage users' (employees') clock-in related records, improving the efficiency and accuracy of attendance management.

Function Overview

Administrators can perform the following actions under this function:

  1. View Clock-In Records: Fully review the clock-in data of all users (employees), including normal clock-ins, abnormal clock-ins, and modified records.

  2. Add or Delete Clock-In Records: Manually add or delete clock-in records for users (employees) to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

  3. Handle Abnormal Records:

    • Review and process users' (employees') correction clock-in applications.
    • Mark or correct abnormal clock-in events.
  4. Set Clock-In Points: Set or update the clock-in locations that users (employees) need to use to ensure compliance with the company's attendance requirements.

  5. Export Records: Export clock-in and overtime data into reports for further analysis or submission to the payroll system.


Sources of Added Clock-In Records

The sources of added clock-in records can be divided into the following three situations:

  1. Users (Employees) Clock In Actively: Clock-in records generated through the system.
  2. Users (Employees) Submit Correction Clock-Ins: Users (employees) submit correction clock-in applications due to special circumstances, which must be approved by the reviewer before being recorded.
  3. Administrators Add Records: Clock-in records manually added by administrators to supplement missing data or correct errors.

Through complete clock-in record and management functions, administrators can effectively respond to various attendance management needs, ensure data accuracy, and improve overall management efficiency.


Delete Clock-In Records

Users (employees) can delete their own clock-in records. Administrators with group management permissions can delete the clock-in records of users within their group. The system creator and highest-level administrators can delete the clock-in records of all users.

Correction Clock-In Records

Home > Management Mode > Clock-In Records > Correction Clock-In Records

Administrators can click "Clock-In Records" on the "Home" page in "Management Mode", then select "Correction Clock-In Records" to enter the "Correction Clock-In Records" page. Administrators can query approved correction clock-in records here.

Notes for Deleting Correction Clock-In Records

After a user (employee) submits a correction clock-in application, if the correction clock-in record is deleted by an administrator or the user (employee) before the reviewer has completed the review, it may cause errors or abnormal situations in the correction clock-in reviewer's notification.


Modified Records

Home > Management Mode > Clock-In Records > Modified Records

Administrators can click "Clock-In Records" on the "Home" page in "Management Mode", then select "Modified Records" to enter the Modified Records page. This page displays previously deleted and added records.

A: Currently, administrators cannot delete clock-in photos separately, but they can delete the clock-in record that includes the clock-in photo. Administrators can click "Clock-In Records" on the "Home" page in "Management Mode", then select "All Clock-In Records", and then click "Any Employee" to enter that employee's personal clock-in record page. Administrators can delete a specific clock-in record of a user (employee). If that clock-in record includes a clock-in photo, the photo will be deleted together with it.
