View User (Employee) Clock-in Records

Home > Management Mode > Clock-in Records and Management > All Clock-in Records > Any Employee

Administrators can click "Clock-in Records and Management" on the "Home" page in "Management Mode", then select "All Clock-in Records", and then click "Any Employee" to enter that employee's personal clock-in record page. This page displays the user's (employee's) clock-in records from the 1st day of the current month up to the present, and uses different icons and markers to indicate various clock-in situations:

  • Purple Overtime: Indicates an overtime clock-in.
  • Dark Blue Letter M: Indicates a clock-in record manually added by an administrator.
  • Orange Letter A: Indicates that this make-up clock-in record has not yet been approved by the reviewer.
  • Light Blue Letter A: Indicates an approved make-up clock-in record.

If a clock-in record has an orange letter A, it means that record is a make-up clock-in record and has not yet been reviewed, so it will not be included in the exported data. After approval, the record will be included in the exported data, and the symbol will change to a light blue letter A.

Clock-in records only display records after the user's (employee's) hire date and official onboarding date. If an administrator cannot see a user's (employee's) clock-in records, it may be because that user's (employee's) hire date and official onboarding date are incorrect, such as being entered as a future date. Please first go to Personal Information to confirm that the Hire Date / Official Onboarding date is correct. The path is as follows:

Home > Management Mode > Personnel > Personal Information > Personal Information Edit Page > Hire Date / Official Onboarding
