Usage Limitations Explanation

To ensure stable operation and optimal performance of the SwipePoint system, the SwipePoint team has established the following limitations:

  • Number of users (employees) or administrators: A single account can manage up to 2,400 users (employees) or administrators, and the maximum number of active personnel in each organization is 120 people.
  • Number of organizations: Each account can create and manage up to 20 organizations, but there is no limit on the number of organizations that users (employees) can join.
  • Data storage: All clock-in records will be permanently stored. The query function can retrieve data from January 1 of last year to the present, and the export function varies depending on whether the organization has subscribed to an organization plan.
  • File upload capacity: The maximum size of a single file is 25 MB. When the width or height of a photo exceeds 1920 pixels, the system will automatically compress it proportionally so that the longest side becomes 1920 pixels.

These limitations are designed to provide users with a stable and efficient experience while ensuring that system performance remains at its best. If your requirements exceed these limits, please contact us for further assistance.

Organization Quantity Limitation Explanation

Each account can apply for and manage up to 20 different organizations (companies) at the same time.

Maximum Limit Item
20 Number of organizations each account can apply for

If administrator requirements exceed the above limitation, please contact us at any time for further assistance.

User Quantity Limitation Explanation

A single account can manage up to 2,400 users (employees) or administrators, but the maximum number of active users (employees) or administrators in each organization (company) is 120 people (only active personnel are counted; resigned personnel are not included). In addition, each account can create and manage up to 20 different organizations (companies) at the same time to meet multiple business needs. This design not only balances scalability flexibility but also ensures efficient usage and reasonable data allocation within each organization.

Maximum Limit Item
20 Number of organizations each account can create
120 Number of users per organization
2,400 Total number of users (employees) or administrators across all organizations under a single account

If administrator requirements exceed the above limitations, please contact us at any time for further assistance.

Administrator Quantity Limitation Explanation

The number of administrators is the same as the number of users (employees). The maximum number of active users (employees) or administrators in each organization (company) is 120 people (only active personnel are counted; resigned personnel are not included). The creator or highest-level administrator may freely adjust users (employees) to administrators according to actual needs to improve management efficiency and flexibility. This design allows organizations to more easily allocate management responsibilities and ensures that system operations remain efficient and aligned with business needs.

Clock-in Record Retention Period Explanation

All clock-in records will be permanently stored, and users can query and export related data at any time.

  • Query function: Clock-in record queries are limited to retrieving data from January 1 of last year to the present, allowing quick access to required information at any time.
  • Export function: The export range for detailed clock-in records differs between organizations without an organization plan subscription and organizations with an organization plan subscription. Organizations without a subscription can export records within the past 2 months, while subscribed organizations can export records for up to 1 year.

This design provides greater data flexibility, allowing users to effectively manage historical records and perform long-term analysis and archiving.

File Upload Limitation Explanation

The maximum upload size for a single file (including documents, captured photos, or images) is 25 MB. Files exceeding this size cannot be successfully uploaded.

For photo files, if the width or height exceeds 1920 pixels, the system will automatically compress the photo proportionally so that the longest side becomes 1920 pixels, ensuring an appropriate file size while maintaining clarity and improving upload and processing efficiency.

File Upload Limitation
Size < 25 MB
Width < 1920 pixels
Height < 1920 pixels

If you need to upload higher-resolution or larger-capacity files, please contact us for additional support.

The file upload function must be enabled by the organization creator after subscribing to the Premium Storage Space plan before attachments can be uploaded to cloud storage.
